Ruben’s career started in 2011 at Sol Domus, a UK-registered villa rental agency specialised in exclusive properties in Portugal’s best resorts and residences. In 2016 he expanded to brokerage and development, focusing on the Golden Visa and Non-Habitual Residency programmes.

Between 2020 and 2022 he was Acting Manager at the Lisbon 5 Hotel, leading a successful turnaround of the property whilst acquiring relevant experience in hotel renovation and hotel operations and finance management. In 2022 he joins neoturis where he has been working on projects covering market analysis, concept and programme development and asset valuation.

Ruben holds a degree in Hotel Management from ESHTE Estoril and a Master in Corporate Management from ISCTE Lisbon. He attended the undergraduate degree in Economics at NOVA SBE and holds a certificate course in Commercial Real Estate Analysis and Investment from MIT’s School of Architecture and Planning.
