Teresa managed the entry of the Selina Group into Europe, where she was responsible for the strategy and management of the investment of 75 million in the opening of new properties. Her project monitoring, , assured the design, planning and development of the most efficient business concepts. She also oversaw the expansion of the portfolio of one of the largest national hotel chains by 38%, where she led the transformation process in terms of organisation, management and culture. With more than 20 years of experience in Hospitality and operations management, it is in the creation of strategies to support business growth that her intervention stands out.

Graduated in Hotel Management from ESHTE, she complemented her studies in the area with a Postgraduate Degree in International Hotel Management from Cornell University. She deepened hier management knowledge through the Advanced Management Course for Executives from the Católica Lisbon School of Business & Economics and the Design Thinking and Creativity for Business course, taught by INSEAD. She is also a Master in PNL and a certified trainer.
