Associate of neoturis. With more than 20 years’ experience in the hotel industry and in operations management, her expertise lies in creating strategies to support business growth.

She has worked in everything from boutique hotels to budget hotels. Regularly assessing the efficiency of business procedures in line with organizational objectives and initiating corrective actions, he has improved management systems and processes, refined the organizational structure, raised quality standards, strengthened people strategies and ensured team productivity.

Most recently he led the Selina group’s entry into Europe where he oversaw all departments, teams, processes and programs. She defined the national strategy and operational plan.

With a degree in Hotel Management from ESHTE, she complemented her studies in the area with a postgraduate degree in International Hotel Management from Cornell University. She furthered her management knowledge through the Advanced Management Plan for Executives at the Católica Lisbon School of Business & Economics and the Design Thinking and Creativity for Business course at INSEAD. She is also a Master in NLP and an IEFP certified trainer.
