Market study and detailed analysis of two hotel projects - Radisson Red
Market research to support Radisson’s decision regarding two business opportunities in Lisbon – Olaias, with 290 rooms – and Porto – Vila Nova de Gaia, with 300 rooms. The objectives of the work were to study the tourist and hotel markets for each of the locations (including the main indicators of hotel performance), critical analysis of the projects (micro location, layout, classification, among others) and the proposed concepts, and for the elaboration of successful recommendations.
