The Edge Group owns a plot in Carnaxide, Oeiras, where it is foreseen the establishment of a Business Park, comprising a shopping mall, office tower and an hotel . The aim of this study is to initiate the process of interesting buyers for the hotel, through the presentation of a brief memorandum on the overall project.
