A tourism resort with a 27-hole golf course already in operation and internationally recognized, located in Lagos, Algarve. Requested by Värde, neoturis has performed a market study, a concept revision to the previous project and its business plan, and an evaluation of the feasibility of the selected project concept. With its golf course already in operation, the goal was to identify the different hotel, residential and leisure infrastructures and integrate them on a unique resort according to the market trends.
