A tourism – residential unit in Albufeira, Algarve, on one of the last sea-front plots available in the Portuguese Golden Triangle region. The assignment consisted on the tourism and residential market study; definition of the hotel, real estate and leisure services’ concept; and evaluation of the economic and financial viability of the project. Neoturis also helped the client with the PIN submission (Project of National Interest), which was accepted by the competent authorities.
