Project requested with the objective of conducting a “Market study, concept definition and economic and financial viability for a plot with 500 hectares, near Ilhéus”. This project had as main objective to support the development of the resort with the existing Master Plan for a plot with a sea front of 1,000 meters. The anchor elements designed for the project included: residential tourist units, hotel, SPA, commercial tower, tennis and golf course (18/27 holes).
